For customers located in the continental united states, In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Meaning a candle that has not been damaged, burned or altered. A gift box/accessory that has not been used, damaged or broken.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@portofjoy.com. A team member will get in contact, provide you a return address where you can ship back the item in its original packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
After we receive your returned item, please anticipate a processing period of up to 72 hours to process a refund or send out an exchange item.
